Las Vegas continues its love affair with celebrities – whether they are famous chefs, singer families or reality TV stars. So far, a cavalcade of names that belong in neon lights is expected in late 2021 and 2022 and beyond. There are 11 celebrity restaurants here.

The celebrity news began with Lisa Vanderpump of Vanderpump Rules and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills announcing their Vanderpump à Paris opening in Paris Las Vegas. The new lounge is a continuation of the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace with quirky cocktails and lush Parisian decor by Nick Alain. The Vanderpump à Paris is located next to the Paris Las Vegas reception.

Gastronomer John Kunkel from 50 Eggs Hospitality will dive into Japanese cuisine when the Wakuda opens in the Palazzo in early 2022. Chef Tetsuya Wakuda has been recognized for his two Michelin-starred Waku Ghin at Marina Bay Sands Singapore and his popular Tetsuya’s in Sydney, Australia. In Las Vegas, Wakuda promises its first high-end Japanese restaurant with an accessible omakase experience and touches on some of its classic dishes like sea trout confit, perhaps its most famous dish, along with yakitori and dishes cooked over bincho-tan.

Giuliana and Bill Rancic
A new Italian restaurant of the celebrity couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic together with the restaurant partners of Lettuce Entertain You RJ, Jerrod and Molly Melman are planning to open in the Forum Shops in Caesars in early 2022. RPM Italian is taking over the very ephemeral Slanted Door area in front of the mall on Las Vegas Boulevard. Pasta – made with dishes from Guiliana’s mother Mama DePandi, who appeared often on Bill and Giuliana’s reality show – makes up a large part of the menu, cooked in-house by more than a dozen daily; Think Mama DePandis Bucatini, Maine lobster ravioli, spicy king crab with squid spaghetti, and lobster fra diavolo.

Todd English
Chef Todd English will open a hotel and restaurant in the Arts District in 2022. The chef who runs The Beast Food Hall in Area15 and Olives by Todd English in Virgin Hotels has teamed up with Z Life Co. for the $ 30 million project, The English Hotel and The Pepper Club with sushi and oysters to a terrace restaurant with a glass chef’s table at 921 S. Main Street near Coolidge Avenue.

Bobby Flay
Bobby Flay is opening two more Bobby’s Burgers outposts in Harrah’s Las Vegas across Las Vegas Boulevard from Flay’s original location in the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace in December. In March 2022, Paris Las Vegas, which is increasingly populated with stars.

Nobu Matsuhisa
Nobu Matsuhisa and its fusion cuisine, which combines traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients, will reach a third location in Las Vegas in Paris Las Vegas in early 2022. While the chef already has Nobu in Caesars Palace, attached to his first hotel, which opened in 2013, and Nobu in Virgin Hotels, his newest location is taking over the former Sekushi room on Le Boulevard next to Café Americano and opposite the hotel elevators.

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux is coming to the Las Vegas Strip in early 2022. Walk-On plans to take over the former Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill in Harrah’s Las Vegas with a sports restaurant. Brandon Landry and Walk-On’s teamed up with Hash House A Go Go for the opening. Former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is a partner. The Harrah’s location will be the first to offer breakfast as well as the walk-on menu of lobster etouffee, duck and andouille gumbo and Krispy Kreme bread pudding.

Celebrity entrepreneur, TV personality, and cooking teacher Martha Stewart is set to open her first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip in Paris Las Vegas sometime in 2022. Parent company Caesars Entertainment did not disclose any information about Stewart’s potential restaurant or offering, but the resort has been allocated an estimated budget of $ 100,000 to “selectively” demolish an existing space on the Strip property to make room for that to create new restaurant.

Blake Shelton is bringing his own business to Las Vegas in 2023. The Voice country singer and coach plans to open Ole Red, a 27,000 square foot honky tonk, in the Grand Bazaar Shops outside Bally’s Las Vegas with Ryman Hospitality. The $ 30 million, four-story venue, a fifth by Shelton, plans to offer restaurants and 686 seats, plus two stories with a view of a central stage for daily concerts. Music, food and drinks will also be offered on the 4,500 square meter roof with a view of the city.

The Jonas family
Nellie’s Southern Kitchen – and its southern kitchen – is going to Las Vegas and will open this spring in the former Hecho en Vegas room at the MGM Grand. Kevin Jonas Sr., the father of the Jonas Brothers, opens an ode to his grandmother Nellie and her cookies. The 11,000-square-foot restaurant features a menu of chicken and dumplings, pecan-smoked pork and sandwich-filled pork, chicken and gravy, and a southern meatloaf, and also plans live entertainment.

Las Vegas gets its chance to order cronuts rolled in sugar, filled with cream or topped with icing when confectioner Dominique Ansel opens the first branch of his bakery of the same name in Caesars Palace next to the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill in the summer of 2022. Dominique Ansel Las Vegas plans to serve the DKA (Dominiques kouign amann) a caramelized croissant with flaky layers on the inside and a caramelized crispy crust on the outside; the cookie shot with a warm chocolate chip cookie shaped like a shot glass and filled with Madagascan vanilla milk for a hint of milk and biscuits; and Frozen S’mores with a center of Malagasy vanilla ice cream, coated with crispy chocolate feuilletin, then wrapped in honey marshmallow and roasted to order.
