3-alarm fire at senior-living apartment complex in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire with three alarms at around 3:25 a.m. in a senior apartment complex on 800 N Eastern Ave.

Authorities say a balcony fire in a 2nd floor apartment was related to smoking.

The fire has now been extinguished and no casualties have been reported.

Several people who live on the opposite side of the building have returned to their homes.

The estimated damage is $ 150,000, according to the authorities.
