NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “Downtown: The development continues! The latest on the DTLV ”at his monthly breakfast meeting. The program will be moderated by Steve Neiger, Associate Vice President of Colliers International. Speakers include Chris Clifford, Senior Vice President and Head of the Intersection Redevelopment Project at Colliers International; John Curran, senior vice president of development at Dapper Development; and Ryan Smith, Acting Director of Economic and Urban Development for the City of Las Vegas. The meeting is sponsored by Martin-Harris Construction.
The panel of Downtown Las Vegas development experts will discuss the boom in new large and small projects in the center of the city. In the past decade, the area has seen a renaissance, with plans to revitalize and reinvent the heart of the city.
This month’s breakfast will be a hybrid presentation where attendees can choose to attend in person at the Orleans Hotel & Casino or virtually via Zoom. The presentation will be live.
