LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – The bright lights of Las Vegas got brighter over the holiday weekend as the city was packed with events and visitors, giving businesses the much-needed financial boost.

Fun afternoons by the pool resulted in spectacular fireworks shows at night as Las Vegas pulled out all the stops over the holiday weekend.
Downtown Container Park businesses typically have more visitors during the cooler months, but many say they saw a larger number of visitors this weekend of July 4th.
“We looked at the visitor numbers and thousands of people came to the park. We saw a lot more tourists. Usually there are a lot of locals, but we saw a lot of tourists, ”says Container Park Manager James Gonzales

Downtown Container Park is a great place to enjoy fine dining and drinking while browsing the local boutiques and shops.
On the 4th, they stayed open late and people could enjoy the fireworks and live entertainment.

The party continued until the next day.
“You can come in and get some ice cream or bubble tea to cool off, but we have a lot of adults enjoying the bottomless mimosas at Downtown Terrace. Also Oak & Ivy and Bin 702. It doesn’t hurt to get a taco and either Margarita from Pinches Tacos. We’ve definitely seen more foot traffic in these areas. Not only can you see it physically, but the revenue has increased, “said Gonzales
Downtown Container Park plans to bring back favorites like its wine walks, beer walks, live entertainment, and children’s events when the temperatures start to cool.
In the meantime, they are still active in the local scene with live entertainment and providers that you can try out here.
