The KISS front man listed his Las Vegas mansion for $ 14.95 million. The property is located in the famous Ascaya community, just south of the Las Vegas Strip.
“This home offers so much, from its incredibly expansive valley views and contemporary modern architecture to its commitment to privacy and exclusivity,” broker Evangelina Herzog-Petroni of The Ivan Sher Group reportedly said about the 11,000 square foot mansion.

The listing in Sin City is the third house that the 72-year-old brought on the market last year. Simmons previously sold his Hollywood Hills home for $ 2 million per PERSON in February and his Beverly Hills mansion for $ 16 million seven months later.
The rocker dumped his California real estate due to the sunny state’s taxes, he told Architectural Digest. “I’m moving our family to a state that is much more hospitable. Washington State. Where there is no income tax, no local and state taxes. Federal taxes will do,” Simmons said.
