Las Vegas police report that there is a barricade situation in a house on the 2700 block of Long Court near Karen and Eastern Avenues. The house has been evacuated along with a few others as a man may remain armed with a knife and make threats. The man was finally taken into custody at around 9:50 am

OVER NIGHT
A man recovers after police claim his girlfriend stabbed him in front of Bally’s hotel casino. The couple started fighting, and the woman pulled out an object and stabbed him in the neck. Police say the man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. The woman was taken into custody.
