Here we bet on the most precious thing in our life: the life and health of our children.
Masks are damned. It is our bet that matters. We have this great freedom to do what we want, to throw it all on the table, hands on hips, and challenge anyone who says, “This is foolish.” No, we are free to risk anything.
I don’t feel brave or empowered or diabolical. I fear for our families, friends and neighbors. And I pray they are very, very lucky.
