Las Vegas police investigate deadly crash on Boulder Highway

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Las Vegas Police are investigating a fatal crash in the southeastern part of the valley.

Witnesses report to police that someone ran across the street outside a marked zebra crossing before being hit by a vehicle shortly before 6 p.m. on Thursday.

The person was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where, according to police, she has since died. Forensic medicine will reveal your identity and cause of death at a later date.

On Friday just before midnight, the Boulder Highway between Avenues Harmon and Tropicana reopened after an hour-long lockdown when police investigated the accident.
