LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Las Vegas Police are looking for a missing man who is alleged to be in “severe emotional distress” and in need of help.
According to police, 81-year-old Michael Borland was last seen near 4:30 a.m. on Saturday near the 200 block of Maryland Parkway between Hacienda Avenue and Russell Road.
He was last seen wearing a blue khaki hat and khaki buttoned shirt, black and white flannel, a gray jacket, blue jeans, and blue fluffy slippers.
According to the police, he has a skunk tattoo on his left forearm.
All hospitals are asked to search their registers for the missing person and notify the police immediately. It should be noted that HIPAA allows disclosure upon request by law enforcement agencies and is authorized under 45 CFR Section 164.512.
