A California real estate company bought a mall in Las Vegas for more than $ 16 million in its most recent acquisition in the Valley.
Agora Realty & Management announced Tuesday that it has acquired Bonanza Eastern Plaza, a fully occupied retail hub of just over 71,000 square feet, for $ 16.1 million.
The square on the southeast corner of Eastern Avenue and Bonanza Road offers tenants such as Marianas Supermarket, dd’s Discounts, Sushiro and Boca Dental and Braces.
The property is to receive exterior and parking upgrades as well as the “installation of professional management,” according to a press release.
Agora Realty, headquartered in Sherman Oaks, Calif., Has more than 500,000 square feet of retail space in the Las Vegas area, with five base projects in various stages of development totaling over 105,000 square feet.
