“We have a very good reputation. Guest comes in and [for] they not being able to place them in our restaurant, limited number, we kept them waiting longer; they are frustrated and do not come any more, ”said Jaime Franco, the general manager of Casa Don Juan.

Franco remembers working at 25% capacity and says that it really affected everyone.

“The guests are very awesome,” he said. “We [have] get more guests. “

Despite the increase in capacity, the catering industry continues to struggle with challenges.

Frankie Pepperoni, the owner of Frankie’s Uptown, “agrees and is hopeful for what is to come.

“Now that capacity is nearing 100, we can add a few more tables and that will allow us to seat more people,” said Frankie. “Any increase as we try to get closer to where we started is what we need.”

“I don’t know if it will get back to normal, it will be the new normal because after everything we’ve been through it will be difficult to be the same again, but with everything we’ve learned, all the things the ones we’ve been through, they make us better, ”said Franco.

Starting May 3rd, Frankie’s Uptown will again have a 7-day schedule.
