LAS VEGAS (AP) – Authorities say a man suffered a fractured skull after allegedly being hit with a dog’s bone in a Las Vegas pet shop during a mask policy dispute.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say that 22-year-old Juan Hamilton was arrested with a warrant following the Nov. 8 incident.
Court records show that Hamilton was still being held on bail of $ 5,000 on suspicion of attempted murder, assault, molesting an elderly person with serious assault, and breaking into a store.
Police eyewitnesses reportedly said that Hamilton was standing in line behind another man as the two began arguing over the PetSmart store’s mask policy.
Hamilton is due to be on trial again on November 30th at 9:00 a.m.
