NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – North Las Vegas police said they were called to the Martin Luther King Boulevard and Craig Road area about 4:15 p.m. because of a gunfight and hit-and-run accident.
Police said the man who was hit by the vehicle was later found to have been robbed near a local store.
Then he shot his gun while chasing after people who tried to rob him, NLVPD says.
As he was crossing Martin Luther King Boulevard, he was hit by another vehicle that did not stay at the scene.
No information about the thieves or vehicle information was available at the time of publication.
The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital.
