Main Light, LLC has named Mike Gaynor as Operations Manager for Main Light West, which now opens in Las Vegas, NV. Gaynor is overseeing operations at the new facility, which will bring Main Light’s renowned dry rental services to professional manufacturing companies on the west coast. He brings extensive experience in the industry, having worked at 4Wall Entertainment in logistics and as an assistant operations manager. Prior to 4Wall, he was Operations Manager at Christie Lites in Las Vegas.

As previously mentioned, working in the industry is a family legacy for Gaynor who is third generation in the live entertainment industry. “I have to say, I love this industry because I basically grew up with it,” explains Gaynor. “It started with my grandfather Erwin Harris, who worked as a local stage worker in NYC and then started the American Stage Lighting Company. He owned it for over 30 years and as a kid I ran around the store, super interested in what everyone was doing. During high school, I worked at Bash Theatrical Lighting with my dad, Bob Gaynor. I really knew then that I wanted to make a living from it. It all started in my grandfather’s small lighting warehouse in New Rochelle, NY, and now I can bring that sense of dedication to my work in this large lighting warehouse in Las Vegas, NV. ”
