Newmark announces that Angela Bates has been promoted to chief executive officer. Bates specializes in the acquisition and sale of high-yield apartment buildings. Bates has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years. Over the past five years, Bates has closed 62 deals totaling over $ 2.417 billion.
