The three-time Super Bowl champion announces the launch of a 30,000-square-foot venue on the Las Vegas Strip
Las Vegas, NV (RestaurantNews.com) Pro Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith today announced the opening of Emmitt’s Las Vegas, a premier dynamic restaurant spanning over 30,000 square feet and a premier event venue overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and surrounded by numerous world-class resorts. Emmitt’s is slated to open in spring 2022 and will be a prime destination for fine dining, live concerts, watch parties, and other elite events.

Jim Hensley, Director of Operations, joins Emmitt as a seasoned Las Vegas expert in the food and beverage industry to join Emmitt’s exceptional culinary team at all levels. This unique venue will host large private and business events and showcase the character and career of Emmitt’s Pro Football Hall of Fame throughout the venue.

Emmitt’s offers an upscale dining experience on the first level and a first-class multi-purpose area called “The Deck” on the second level will host watch parties, live concerts and other private and corporate events. This second level will also house “The Player’s Lounge”, a luxurious viewing room for watching sports and events during the day and converting it into Club 22 as an exclusive Ultra Lounge in the evening.
