After dipping its toe back in the water in August, Project is pushing its personal shows for 2022.

The fair, which is part of Informa Markets Fashion, will return to New York City in January and July with its all-male show and to Las Vegas in February and August with its bisexual clothing and shoe events for the contemporary market. The New York dates have not been announced, but the Las Vegas shows will take place February 14-16 and August 8-10, 2022.

Internationally, Project Tokyo will also return at the Tokyo International Forum on March 16-17, and fall 2022, with the dates to be announced later this year. This show will also feature contemporary clothing, accessories and shoes for men and women, from contemporary to designer awards.

At the same time, the company has brought Brian Trunzo on board as Vice President of the menswear division of Informa Fashion Market, where he will oversee the contemporary business for the Project Show. Trunzo, most recently Head of Brand at Informa, has also worked with WGSN on trend forecasting and will work with Courtney Bradarich, Vice President of Contemporary Women’s for Project.

“This business is all about connections and we have a responsibility to make that happen. As I oversee the men’s side of Project in its new chapter, I am encouraged to explore new ideas and new formats that will allow the industry more discovery and business opportunities, and seek inspiration for our clients in the way we host events – domestically, internationally and digital – short and long term, ”said Trunzo.

Project 2022 shows will have a digital component in addition to live events, Informa said. At its on-site shows, Informa said it plans to offer special curations, including a Made-in-the-USA section and a diversification program offered to minority women through its Informa Markets for Change initiative launched last year and LGBTQ -own fashion brands.
