Resorts World Las Vegas officially opened

(PRESS RELEASE) – Resorts World Las Vegas, the first resort built on the Las Vegas Strip in more than a decade, officially opened its doors to the public on Thursday, June 24th at 11pm. The monumental opening of the highly anticipated resort included a star-studded first-look party for invited guests in the early evening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Genting CEO & Chairman KT Lim. And Scott Sibella, President of Resorts World Las Vegas. Lim and Sibella were joined by Hilton President & CEO Chris Nassetta, Nevada’s Governor Steve Sisolak, Clark County Commission Chairwoman Marilyn Kirkpatrick, Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom and Nevada Congresswoman Dina Titus.

The integrated luxury resort redefines the hospitality standard in Las Vegas with the following amenities:
– Exceptional Accommodations – Through a historic partnership with Hilton, Resorts World Las Vegas offers 3,500 luxurious guest rooms and suites from three premium Hilton brands – the largest multi-brand offering in Hilton history – including the world’s largest Conrad Hotels & Resorts hotel, one the first LXR Hotels & Resorts locations in the US and a standout Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel. Each brand has its own entrance, lobby and selection of guest accommodations. Resorts World Las Vegas is also part of Hilton Honors, the award-winning guest loyalty program for Hilton’s 18 different brands.
- The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World features 1,774 full-service guest rooms and suites ranging in size from 400 to 3,300 square feet with smart, upscale amenities in a comfortable and elegant setting.
- The Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World offers 1,496 modern and luxurious guest rooms and suites ranging from 550 to 2,800 square feet with luxurious amenities and a curated arts program.
- Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts presents an intimate collection of 236 immaculately designed guest rooms, suites and villas ranging from 550 to 7,000 square feet that offer lavish accommodations, upscale amenities and very personal service.
– Technology – Resorts World Las Vegas is bringing a variety of technological advances throughout the property, including mobile check-in and digital keying via the Hilton Honors app for a contactless arrival experience, an AI-powered digital concierge called Red, and more. The resort also features over 200,000 square feet of mesmerizing LED displays, including a 100,000 square foot LED screen in the West Tower (one of the largest LED building displays in the US). As the first resort to partner with Grubhub, Resorts World Las Vegas guests can exclusively enjoy Grubhub’s advanced ordering technology through On The Fly at Resorts World powered by Grubhub. With this innovative solution, guests can conveniently order pick-up or delivery from the resort’s 40 food and beverage concepts and selected retail stores via the Grubhub app and debit the costs to their room or credit card. Guests can send orders to their room as well as to the resort’s 5.5 acre pool complex.
– Casino – Resorts World Las Vegas offers an unparalleled gaming experience with the most innovative casino technology. With 117,000 square feet of gaming space including 1,400 slot machines, 117 table games, a dedicated poker room and 30 poker tables, high-limit areas and a sportsbook, the next generation casino will redefine the traditional gaming experience by introducing the most technologically advanced casino and gaming operations in an integrated resort with cashless wagering, RFID betting tracking and ticket-in-ticket-out (TITO) at the table. With the Resorts World Las Vegas Mobile App, guests can pay for games, entertainment or hotel deals from the palm of their hand, check their Genting Rewards balance, receive offers and rewards and stay connected to the many amenities. Resorts World Las Vegas will also be the first Las Vegas casino to allow consumers to digitally sign up and enjoy a cashless betting experience on both slot machines and table games.
– Dining – Guests can choose from over 40 foods and drinks at Resorts World Las Vegas, from fine dining and fast-food restaurants to original and exclusive concepts such as Kusa Nori, Genting Palace, Sun’s Out Buns Out, Famous Foods Street Eats, Wallys Wine & Spirits and Craigs Vegan.
– Entertainment – The resort’s 5,000-seat concert and entertainment venue is equipped for a wide variety of events – from top-class concerts to congress, corporate and sporting events. With the largest and highest performance stage with the furthest seat only 50 feet from the stage, the brand new multi-story venue offers an intimate, energetic experience with unparalleled comfort, unobstructed lines of sight and an unmatched immersive audio experience. The joint development between Resorts World Las Vegas and AEG Presents is programmed and operated exclusively by Concerts West and will introduce the next wave of superstar entertainment partners with exclusive engagements from Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan in November.
– Retail – With around 70,000 square meters of retail space called The District, Resorts World Las Vegas presents unique boutiques and experiences from luxury and lifestyle brands including Fred Segal, Judith Leiber, Hervé Léger and Pepper on two levels.
– Nightlife – Working with the Zouk Group, Singapore’s leading lifestyle and entertainment company, the resort offers a variety of experiences in one entertainment complex, including the Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub with the not-to-be-missed performances of resident DJs Tiësto and Zedd all rolled into one diverse line-up of talent with an unprecedented number of female artists including Becky G, Madison Beer, Charly Jordan and Madds.
– Meetings – In addition to 250,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space with 50 multifunctional meeting rooms, Resorts World Las Vegas will introduce the first connection station to the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and Vegas Loop via an innovative subway transportation system later this summer to convention goers offers a fast transport solution between the resort and the LVCC with fully electric vehicles in a few minutes.
– Pool and Spa – The resort offers additional amenities including a sprawling 5.5 acre pool complex with five unique pool experiences, including the only infinity pool on the Strip.
