Las Vegas – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Don Martin has joined the company’s Las Vegas office as a real estate partner.
His main areas of activity are corporate and commercial law, real estate and commercial law. He has extensive experience representing local, regional, national and international clients in real estate and corporate transactions. Martin advises clients on all areas of commercial and residential real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, borrower’s note purchases, foreclosures, development, operation and sale of commercial projects, retail, resort hotels and strategic properties.

Martin is licensed in Nevada and received his JD and LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Don was a partner at Lewis Roca.
In April 2001, Snell & Wilmer’s Las Vegas office was established in its 20th year with the company to meet the growing needs of its customers in the area. The office is located in the Hughes Center in the heart of the city’s business district. Martin joins the current Las Vegas based attorneys who serve a full range of transactional, regulatory, and legal disputes.
