The new President of IREM 99 Vegas, Robert Perkins, MDL Group’s Director of Property Management Services, is responsible for overseeing the Property Management division, which consists of over 30 real estate professionals, and for the daily management of over 11 million square feet of retail space, Office, industrial, and homeowner associations valued at over $ one and a half billion dollars. The MDL Group’s broad customer base consists primarily of private institutional and corporate owners, such as several Fortune 500 companies and publicly traded REITS. Robert was named Certified Property Manager by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2017. Perkins has been based in Las Vegas since 1994. He is a graduate of UNLV where he earned a double degree in real estate and finance.
