The real estate trust Bleuch Park Properties plans to build the world’s first mini-city with digital infrastructure in Las Vegas, Nevada. The $ 7.5 billion project, called Bleichpark, is slated to break the ground this December and is set to redefine the infrastructure industry. The development will host a net-zero island city as a high-tech biome in the desert valley.

Bleutech Park Las Vegas was created to redefine mixed-use developments with worker housing, offices, retail space, ultra-luxury residential, hotel and entertainment areas. The new project will include a wide range of technologies and functions, including automated multifunctional designs, renewable energies from sun / wind / water / kinetics, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality, the Internet of Things (IoT.). ), Robotics, supertrees and self-healing concrete structures.

The group explains: “Through the use of unmanned flight systems and AI, the construction site becomes a living, breathing blueprint. The integration becomes seamless with the technology, more efficient, more effective and more secure. The mini-city will show energy generation and storage, waste heat recovery, water purification, on-site waste treatment and local air purification. ”Resources for heating, cooling, lighting and electricity are harvested on site. In addition, the buildings in the Bleichpark will be connected to a wider network of super trees, which will enable a 95 percent reduction in imported water consumption and an opportunity for improved biodiversity.

“Bleutech believes in increasing digitalization and robotics in construction as it will increase productivity and efficiency,” said Bleutech Park Properties, Inc., CTIO, Bertrand Dano. He continued, “Wearable technology will increase safety in the workplace, especially when lifting heavy loads and repetition. We believe in the future of robotics and its ability to improve workplace safety and employee health.”

Bleutech Park Las Vegas will be built over a period of six years with strategic partners including construction company Martin-Harris Construction and technology leader Cisco.
