A new Christmas village and a maze of lights are set to bring the Christmas spirit to Las Vegas this winter. (Enchant)

A new Christmas village and a light maze will bring the Christmas spirit to Las Vegas from November 26, 2021 to January 2, 2022

Enchant takes over the Las Vegas Ballpark and transforms the venue into a winter wonderland.

Enchant offers the labyrinth “The Great Search”, an ice skating track, a Christmas village with Christmas treats from all over the world, an artisan Christmas market and visits to Santa Claus.

Tickets start at $ 19 for children and $ 20 for adults.

Enchant is partnering with the Vegas Golden Knights and the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation to host a special Knight of Giving on Monday, December 13th. Tickets to the Knight of Giving start at $ 29 for adults and $ 19 for children ages 2 to 12. enchantchristmas. com

Glittering Lights, the Christmassy Drive-Through Spectacle, is a dazzling array of festive Christmas lights and sounds with more than 5 million LED lights that intertwine over a 2.5 mile course through the expressway and 21 years this Christmas season shine bright.

The attraction runs through January 9th and entry is $ 25 per vehicle on the Las Vegas Motor Speedway (7000 North Las Vegas Boulevard.) Glitteringlightslasvegas.com

The Holiday Cactus Garden at Ethel M Chocolates’ in Henderson (2 Cactus Garden Drive) is open until January 2nd.

From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can stroll through the three hectare cactus garden with over a million twinkling lights

Santa Claus will be in the garden every evening until December 23rd and will be available for photos.

Instead of collecting toy and food donations this year, a garden reservation will require a non-refundable donation of $ 5 per group of 6 people. The $ 5 fee will be donated to the Three Square Food Bank and HELP of Southern Nevada.

Holiday parade

The Downtown Summerlin Vacation Parade returns later this month after a year-long hiatus.

It runs every Friday and Saturday evening at 6 p.m. from November 19 to December 18.

The Christmas music, snow, dancers, and Santa Claus tradition runs along Park Center Drive and includes a new nutcracker-inspired cart. The parade is free and open to the public.

Located at Western Elite’s Lincoln County Ranch 60 miles north of Las Vegas, Christmas Express is a free, family-friendly vacation spectacle.

The Christmas party features train rides in a classic railroad car, hay and carriage rides, loads of Christmas lights and decorations to look at, farm animals – including camels, horses and pigs – free food and hot cocoa, performances by Mr. and Mrs. Claus, a live nativity scene and much more.

The event starts on Friday, December 3rd from 5pm to 9pm, with additional dates on Saturday, December 4th, Thursday, December 9th, Friday, December 10th and Saturday, December 11th. WesternElite.com

Menorah lighting

On December 1, Downtown Summerlin will partner with Jewish Nevada to host a one-day Hanukkah celebration that includes menorah lighting, a family skate night, entertainment, children’s activities, and hot cocoa with light bites.

The holiday-themed Miracle on Spring Mountain pop-up bar is once again taking over the Sand Dollar Lounge (3355 Spring Mountain Rd Ste 30) for the season.

The location of the renowned Miracle Bar Popup in Las Vegas will transform the Sand Dollar Lounge into a completely immersed winter wonderland from November 22nd until the New Year’s Eve party.

Opening hours for the pop-up: 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. seven days a week, Thanksgiving Day closed.

Mystic Falls Park

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall makes the season happy and bright with the return of winter wonderland at Mystic Falls Park with festive decor, more than 26,000 points of light, and the return of its Christmas laser light show.

The holiday attraction can be enjoyed from November 24th to January 1st from sunset.

For the first time since 2019, a nine-minute vacation laser light show is returning.

Rock railway

The Rock Rink in Downtown Summerlin, located on Sahara Avenue east of Beltway 215, has returned for the holidays.

Downtown Summerlin kicked off the holiday season on Friday with the arrival of Santa Claus and the opening of the Rock Rink ice rink. Ice skate rentals are $ 16. The opening times are different, appointments are required. Visit summerlin.com for more information.

“This is Christmas” show

Supported by a live all-star band, “This is Christmas” takes the audience on a magical journey through the Christmas season with timeless Christmas favorites.

The show, which will take place at the Palazzo Theater, will feature a cast of 10 actors from television and Broadway, including Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young from American Idol.

Tickets for the 7pm show are available on the following dates: November 26th – 28th; December 2-5; Dec 9-12; Dec 16-19; 22-25 Dec. There will also be a 3pm matinee on 19, 25 and 26 Dec.

“Winter on the terrace”

The Green Valley Ranch heralds the season with its festive, Christmassy outdoor pop-up lounge “Winter at The Terrace”. From Friday, November 19 to February 2022, the resort’s terrace in The Backyard will be transformed into a winter wonderland.

The holiday experience 21+ offers cheerful music and photo opportunities with cozy igloos, fire pits, twinkling lights, snowflakes and more.

Live music sets the tone for the festive pop-up on Fridays and Saturdays.

Winter at The Terrace is open Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 3pm to midnight
