LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – Here’s this week’s list of 13 things to do in the Las Vegas Valley between September 2nd and 9th, 2021:
1. After nearly 17 months since the pandemic started, the hottest men in Vegas are back and ready to party. Please and tease again when the Chippendales return to turn up the heat at their bespoke Rio Las Vegas home. The show has special weekend performances on Labor Day.
2. The event on the first Friday, September 3rd, celebrates “Sustainability”. The Art Walk area on Boulder Avenue and First Street will be home to an estimated 40 First Friday artists and craftsmen.
3. Industry Mondays at Dueling Axes celebrates belonging to the Las Vegas community and offers 25% off reservations for small and large groups with local ID. Enjoy ax throwing and access to a full bar and late night lounge. This promotion takes place every Monday from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
4. Wet’n’Wild Las Vegas and Aloha Kitchen are celebrating the “unofficial end of summer” with a Labor Day Luau on September 6th from 11 am to 7 pm
5. Located at the gateway to Las Vegas’ booming Chinatown district, the Sand Dollar Lounge is a local Vegas landmark enjoying the frenzy of a second life. On September 6th Billy Ray Charles will perform a mix of blues, soul and funk and on September 7th Thee Mess Arounds Jamband will take the stage.
6. In honor of Autism Awareness, Broadway in the HOOD is proud to present the hit Broadway musical Annie on September 3rd, 4th and 5th at the West Las Vegas Library Theater. Free of charge, open to the public and tickets available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
7. 3 Doors Down are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album “The Better Life” this summer with The Better Life 20th Anniversary Tour coming to Fremont Street Experience Las Vegas on September 5th.
8th Brooklyn Bowl Brings You The Best Night Ever: One Direction vs. Jonas Brothers Dance Party on September 4th. Doors open at 9:00 p.m. with tickets for only $ 12.
9. Majestic Repertory Theater returns to the Las Vegas Arts District with the regional premiere of Aaron Mark’s solo show Empanada Loca starring Las Vegas actress Amanda Guardado. The show begins September 9th and runs through September 26th.
10. Mama Gloria’s pantry on September 3, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Horizon Ridge Clinic. This COVID-19 vaccine pantry and pop-up clinic is aimed at families who are affected and living with HIV / AIDS.
11. Squeeze’s Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook have reunited and re-launched the rock band of the 1970s and will perform at Virgin Hotels on September 6th as part of The Nomadband Tour. Tickets start at $ 43.50.
12. Tivoli Village invites guests to purchase unique gifts and crafts from more than 50 local vendors at the upcoming Vintage & Craft Fest on September 5th.
13. X Country welcomes Sabina Kelley as a special guest star from September 9th. International pinup model, showgirl and actress will be on stage on the stage at Harrah’s Las Vegas for just four nights.
