This European-inspired cocktail at Piero’s Italian Cuisine, 355 Convention Center Drive, is a mix of Calvados Boulard, Mozart Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, Rinse Strega, a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream, pomegranate molasses, lime zest and a pinch of ground nutmeg. It costs $ 21 through October 31st.

Eureka, 520 E. Fremont St., brings new meaning to the concept of a “hunter” by mixing Del Maguey mezcal, coconut milk, ghost pepper tincture, orgeat, and lime and topping it with dried lime wedges and Fresno chilli, $ 14, by the end of month.

You don’t even have to think about being simple with this cocktail in the Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge in Town Square. It’s a blend of Blackheart Premium Spiced Rum, Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Liqueur, barrel-aged bitters, and a pinch of Maldon sea salt. It’s $ 14 by the end of the month.

Blood moon

The Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, 3987 Paradise Road, mixes some “boos” with the Blood Moon, available October 29-31. It consists of Bacardi Superior rum, blood orange, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer topped with take-away vampire teeth and a syringe, $ 8.
