Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, a premier sports restaurant with a Louisiana-inspired menu and family-friendly atmosphere, brings its unique flavor to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip. Walk-On’s announced today that it will open its first West Coast location in Harrah’s Las Vegas, which is scheduled to open in early 2022.
The location offers guests a taste of Louisiana classics with various dishes prepared from scratch such as Crawfish Etouffee, Duck & Andouille Gumbo and Krispy Kreme Donut Bread Pudding, as well as game day classics such as burgers and everyday favorites such as salads, wraps, and more. The restaurant will also be the first walk-on to offer a breakfast menu and feature current staples like voodoo shrimp and grits, beignets and their popular signature cocktail Mad Mary. More than 60 televisions will illuminate the restaurant, making it a popular destination for fans on game day in sport-hungry Las Vegas.

Walk-On’s is working on the opening with the concept owners of Hash House A Go Go, who bring their expertise in opening successful restaurants in the Vegas market to the expanding franchise. The new franchisees will oversee this new location at Harrah’s.

This opening of the new location complements a successful year for walk-on’s, including a milestone 50. Restaurant opening, 21 new openings amid the pandemic and a growth stake from 10 Point Capital.
