Houston’s Hot Chicken to bring a Las Vegas team sports restaurant to the Arts District

Houston Crosta is wasting no time expanding its hot chicken sandwich concept, and new details confirm that its planned move to the Arts District will be a family-friendly tribute to local sports teams. Houstons Hot Chicken takes over the prominent corner area on 1201 S. Main Street with a 2,464-square-foot sports bar designed to display signed memorabilia from local athletes, as well as a decoration that Las Vegas sports teams like the Raiders, Aviators, Aces, Golden . celebrates knights and lights. Already equipped with a distinctive curved front entrance, one area of ​​the restaurant welcomes families, while the lounge area for adults has its own bar.

The sports bar is located between the Cream Me Ice Creamery on Main Street and the Yu-Or-Mi Sushi Bar on California Avenue. Later this fall, the local institution Freed’s Bakery is well on its way to opening a retail-only store next door.

While Houston’s has not disclosed a potential menu or opening date, the Green Valley Parkway outpost in Henderson focuses on sandwiches and tenders. The waivers are cooked at heat levels from zero to liftoff and must be signed by diners trying to eat their 2 million Scoville Heat Units of Fiery chicken pieces worthy of the challenge.
