Michael Mina
Inside the Bellagio. located
This one Michelin star restaurant is simply superb. Though tucked away in a corner of the Bellagio, it would be unfortunate to overlook the food at Michael Mina. The decor is chic and sophisticated with rustic wood and white tablecloths, and the menu is innovative and sophisticated. Fresh seafood dishes are heavy on the menu with products from Japan, the Mediterranean and France. Before your taste buds are ignited by the hearty dishes, your eyes will be impressed by the thoughtful presentation of each plate. We urge you to indulge yourself by opting for the seasonal signature or tasting menu. The favorites of the diner (like ours) include the lobster pot cake, caviar parfait and the potato gnocchi with glazed king crab. For those who prefer greens, you’re in luck! Michael Mina offers a full vegetarian tasting menu. No matter what you choose, prepare yourself for an unforgettable dining experience that you will not soon forget.

Mayfair Supper Club
Inside the Bellagio. located
Bring glamor to your night out at the Mayfair Supper Club. This restaurant is so much more than just a dinner. It’s a phenomenal experience. Inspired by supper clubs around the world, this supper club is anything but the usual. With spectacular sights and sounds, impeccable aromas and unbelievably unique food presentations, The Mayfair is a treat for all the senses. The energy in this restaurant is second to none and utterly haunting. Menu favorites include tuna tartare, lobster thermidor, and truffle noodles. Save space for desserts as they’ll be the show stoppers of the meal. The cigar (pictured) is made from milk chocolate, pear and hazelnut, while the strawberry cheesecake with cotton candy is enthroned on top.

primrose
Located in Park MGM
This French-style restaurant with a charming outdoor terrace is a must-see in Vegas. Primrose is the epitome of breakfast and brunch, to recharge your batteries for the day or to celebrate the perfect garden party. Standout dishes include avocado toast with a soft-poached egg, sunflower seeds, and radishes; Muesli and Greek yogurt with berries and honey; the mushroom and spinach omelette with fresh herb and garlic cheese; and the absolute hit – the brioche French toast with cinnamon crust, whipped cream and optional addition of chocolate sauce, blueberry compote or apple butter. An added bonus is that Primrose offers all-you-can-drink mimosa and rosé!

Zuma
Located in The Cosmopolitan
Zuma takes inspiration from the popular Japanese izakaya, where guests enjoy a style of eating and drinking that uniquely combines every element of Japanese cuisine under one roof. Zuma’s menu features a variety of dishes from the three kitchens – the main kitchen, the sushi counter, and the robata grill. True to the izakaya experience, guests are offered dishes throughout the meal that are shared and brought to the table together. The menu offers a wide variety of elegantly presented dishes, including many dishes bolder in taste than traditional Japanese cuisine. With that in mind, we strongly recommend choosing the chef’s tasting menu. Zuma’s exemplary drinks menu offers cocktails with fresh ingredients, fruits and juices; Japanese ingredients such as sake, shochu, yuzu and shiso leaves; as well as hand-carved blocks of ice in a suitable shape for cocktails. Zuma’s interior design uses natural materials, for example the bar and sushi counter are made from tree trunks from Thailand.

CATCH
Located within ARIA
We like to call CATCH the perfect party brunch spot. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by neon lights that spell out the restaurant’s name and walk through an arched trellis with glittering flora and flowering walls before reaching the hostess’s stand. Once inside, the decor that steals the show is the olive tree in the middle. What do we recommend on the menu? Truffle sashimi with tuna hamachi, chili oil, ponzu, caviar and black truffle; Toro tartare with caviar, wasabi and soy; A5 Japanese Miyazaki Wagyu with yuzu soy, garlic oil, Maldon sea salt, sesame, cooked on a hot stone at the table; and the grilled Spanish octopus with crispy potatoes, sofrito and garlic aioli. As a dessert that is a meal in itself, the “Hit Me Chocolate Cake” with liquid Klondike, Dulce de Leche ice cream and brownie as well as Devil’s Food; the donut wonder wheel with raspberry, cream cheese, caramel and chocolate sauce; and the sky-high waffle tower piled high with maple, milk chocolate and raspberry ice cream, chocolate ganache, raspberry jam, and toasted almonds are all incredibly photo-worthy options. If you like more flavor than the IG photo, try the vegan pistachio cheesecake with coconut sorbet and black cherries (you’d never know it’s vegan!).

From Tai Fung
Located within ARIA
The moment you step into Din Tai Fung, you step into Taiwanese excellence. As you walk to your table, you will pass a glass-enclosed kitchen where dumplings are made by hand … what a beautiful sight! The menu is extensive and can be overwhelming, that’s why we’re here. Drinks like litchi martinis and Spicy Boba, which combine Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua, black tea, cream, cinnamon and Boba, are on the menu alongside Japanese green tea. Choose starters like cucumber salad and wood ear mushrooms, then follow the main event. Good choices are the truffle and pork dumplings; Jidori Chicken Dumplings; and vegan dumplings, the latter is filled with bean curd, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, wooden ear mushrooms, glass noodles and jicama – but only the green color (made from spinach juice) makes you curious. Plump rolls and pasta are also on the menu. The hot and sour soup (pictured) is packed full of ingredients, while the vegan wonton soup is light. Wok specialties include fried rice with shrimp and fried rice with pork chop. The choices are endless and with each dish you will think about a second or third order! Don’t worry, there are plenty of ways for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy this blanket of goodness too.

Sadelles
Inside the Bellagio. located
Far from a simple breakfast bar, Sadelle’s is open from 6 a.m. to midnight and serves all meals in between. This 10,000 square foot space is a larger version of the original New York City location. The walls are painted in shades of green and there is a colorful selection of seating options, including leopard-print chairs, deep green bar stools, and rattan chairs. Although breakfast is served all day, the fish and bagel tower with tomato, cucumber, and capers is a trademark. If you fancy a bougie, a caviar service is also available. Our personal favorite part of the experience is ordering a dessert from the rolling dessert trolley!

Mizumi
Located inside the Wynn
It’s hard to beat Mizumi’s intimate and romantic atmosphere. Overlooking a Japanese garden with a koi pond and a 30 meter high waterfall, the restaurant has one of the best locations in town. The food is elegant, the sake sorts rare and the atmosphere scenic. Some of our favorite dishes are the yellowtail hamachi carpaccio, freshwater eel sushi and the inaniwa udon noodles. The restaurant also offers a teppanyaki omakase menu. For a truly breathtaking dining experience, reserve seats on the floating pagoda in front of the waterfall.

Secret pizza
Located in The Cosmopolitan
Secret Pizza is exactly what it sounds like, a pizza so mysterious that you can hardly find it. And yes, we are here to solve the mystery. This unmarked pizza port disguises itself by being at the end of a long hallway whose walls are covered with record covers. This is by no means a fancy place, but it is an ideal bite to eat for the night. Depending on the time of night, hungry hikers can usually choose between four topping options. Beer, wine, and lemonade are also available. How to Find It – Enter The Cosmopolitan and head towards The Chandelier Bar. Take the elevator up two floors to the third level. On level three you will find pizza lovers paradise in the hallway between Blue Ribbon and Jaleo.
