Nacho Daddy offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Peccole Ranch with classic orange, pineapple, grapefruit, cranberry or strawberry mimosa or bottomless Bloody Marys. The brunch includes a yogurt parfait, lobster and crab cake benedict, French toast with a cornflake crust, avocado toast with Nacho Daddy’s homemade guacamole and Papas Bravas. This fried breakfast chimi is filled with scrambled eggs, a selection of bacon or sausage, cheese, ranchero salsa and crispy hash browns with hollandaise sauce, french fries and salsa. Half a pound brunch burger is mashed with onions and apple wood-smoked bacon, topped with cheddar cheese, crispy hash browns and a sunny egg, served on a buttered brioche bun with french fries on the side. The bacon churro is coated with caramel and apple wood-smoked bacon, served with whipped cream and a side dish of caramel sauce. And Huevos Rancheros offer a soft corn tortilla, eggs of all kinds smothered in ranchero sauce, melted cheese, fried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Guests can order bacon, sausages, Texas toast, eggs and hash browns as a side dish, or the restaurant’s regular dishes. Brunch is served daily from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Miracle Mile Shops and Downtown locations
