While many of us were working hard about the pandemic, some came out refreshed and revitalized – something like the Bacchanal Buffet (Caesars Palace, 702.731.7928). It recently reopened with a nice makeover to the carving station as well as the American and Latin American departments, introducing 100 new dishes!

Grilled Elote is custom-made, also classic, with Hot Cheetos and with Takis; Street tacos are close by, or maybe you prefer duck carnitas. Charcuterie and cheese platter dominate the Mediterranean part, hummus, baba ganoush and pita also catch the eye. The Asian area offers Laotian, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai and Vietnamese dishes as well as sushi. These wandering dim sum carts bring Chinese specialties.

And the desserts! They’re pure decadence, from ice cream and salted caramel cupcakes to a “sunny side-up egg” made from lightly whipped yogurt and a mango ball.
