Two food trucks stop in Las Vegas with ice and water ice.

First, Killer Creamery from Boise will tour five different Albertsons in the last week of September and bring natural, sugar-free ice cream. Killer Creamery plans to try its newest product launch, Killer Sammies, a sugar-free ice cream sandwich, and showcase its pint flavors. Visit the ice cream van website for times and dates that have recently changed.

Los Angeles’s popular Black-owned food truck, Happy Ice, will roll through Las Vegas at the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets from October 2-3, from noon to 7pm. Happy Ice offers vegan water ice, a Philadelphia classic with a mud / sorbet-like treat with an artistic LA twist.

Another popup you should know is bringing Nightmare on Spring Mountain back to the Sand Dollar Lounge from October 1st through November 1st, which runs from 3pm to 4pm daily. The Halloween-themed pop-up promises cocktails like the Dark Star, a spin on hot toddy, and Peter Pan, a pumpkin spice slushy; Halloween chocolate and ice cream from Happy Endings Chocolate on Friday nights; and a selfie station.
