Hundreds of anti-Vax protesters marched through Las Vegas fighting security at the famous Cosmopolitan Hotel as they protested Nevada’s new vaccine mandate for prison and health workers.

Protesters marched through luxury hotels and shopping malls on the Las Vegas Strip on Sunday evening.

A social media video showed at least one protester at the Cosmopolitan Hotel wrestling with security when guards appeared to be dragging him out of the luxury resort.

Another man can be seen throwing himself in front of the security guards and tripping one of them.

Others held signs that read “This ends if you say no” and “F *** Joe Biden”.

One protester was arrested for obstructing and resisting a police officer and two others were charged with assault and misconduct, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told DailyMail.com.

On September 14, Governor Steve Sisolak ordered COVID-19 vaccines for all Justice Department and public health workers in facilities that serve high-risk individuals, including young people and people with intellectual disabilities.

Employees must receive all required doses by November 1st.

Nevada is seeing an average of 726 new cases per day on Sunday, up from 150 on June 2, according to state health data.

About 53.4 percent of the state’s population has received at least one dose of a vaccine, according to the Centers for Disease Control, which is below the national average of 64.9 percent.

Hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the Aria Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip at 7 p.m. on Sunday, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal.

They marched north to Bally’s Hotel & Casino, then turned and stopped at the Bellagio fountain as the water rushed to Lady Gaga’s bath romance, the Review Journal reports.

At 8:15 p.m., the crowd marched into the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and on to the Miracle Mile Shops which are part of the Planet Hollywood complex.

The video shows protesters waving myriad American flags and some Gadsden “don’t step on me” banners as they walk through the mall, which is home to stores such as Pandora, Swarovski and Victoria’s Secret.

Protesters also enjoyed assisting honking of passing cars as they lined the street during their tour.

A man carrying a four-foot lime green plastic syringe marked “EXPERIMENTAL” said he moved from New York to Vegas in January and did not want anyone to lose their job because of the sting.

“I’m here because I am in favor of a choice, which means that I think you should be able to choose whether or not to get the experimental vaccine,” Brock Abbe told the Review Journal.

“Just like when you’re pregnant, you have a choice, right?”

Another man recommended ivermectin, the “equine worming agent,” which humans can use in lower doses as an anti-parasite medicine. The Food and Drug Administration says the drug is unsuitable for treating COVID-19, although some studies say it shows promise.

“The mandates don’t work, but the treatments work,” said Ken Newcomer.

Before signing the latest mandate, Governor Sisolak, 67, had already ordered all state employees to either get the vaccine or have weekly tests until August 15.

The new mandate is aimed at Justice Department employees as they are 10 percent below the state’s overall vaccination rate, according to the state.

As of last month, 49 Nevada prisoners had died of COVID-19.

Last month, thousands of Clark County School District employees went out of work to protest a hypothetical vaccine mandate. School staff do not need to be vaccinated yet.

The September 7 video shows participants in the protest, which includes people from outside the school district, showing their signs from a pedestrian bridge and walking down the stairs of a building complex.

“Don’t force it on us. It should be our choice. My body is my choice, ”said Heather Taylor, an employee of the Clark County School District, the local broadcaster KLAS.

“People should see that a lot of us are not against the vaccine, we are not against the medicine.”
