When it opened, Hakkasan was one of the hippest names in Vegas, offering both a restaurant and a nightclub. If you’ve ever eaten there you’ll understand why it got and still does so much. The decor is elegant and invigorating, but also lush and serene.

Hakkasan’s cocktails are exceptional and we have the perfect selections to start your dining experience. The Three Treasures offers cazadores blanco tequila, guava, Thai basil, cassis and cold-pressed lime. I know, I know there are more than three delicious ingredients, but what can you do? The Scorched Melon is made with Olmeca Altos Plata Tequila, Rock Melon, Tamarind Cold-Pressed Lime and Firewater Bitter with atomized Mezcal. This mezcal gives a delicious smoky aroma that stimulates your olfactory senses. You can also get a non-alcoholic version of this called Rock Melon Refresher.

Cantonese cuisine includes many classics, but in a modern, upscale way. And the restaurant has just updated its menu for the fall, which means more delicacies await the happy guests. Some things to keep in mind for starters and dim sum (and yes, share your starters too!): The truffled beef tartare on a beet cake with pickled egg; Forest mushroom puff pastry with truffle aioli; and crispy duck salad, anointed with pomelo, shallots and pine nuts.

For the main courses, General Tsao Chicken cooks up crispy chicken breasts with chilli and sesame seeds, soy-ginger-glazed salmon, and jasmine-smoked prime short rib comes with a pickled lotus root on the side (an acquired taste so be careful with this one). And by the way, Hong Kong fried rice includes shrimp and pork along with asparagus, yellow chives and a fried egg.

For the vegans in the group, Hakkasan has a good variety of items each listed on the menu, including a fake chicken. Yum!

Don’t skip desserts because they’re out of this world! The Spikey Lemon resembles a kind of lemon meringue cake, The Strawberry is a beautiful, shiny ornament that is edible. Every step of Hakkasan reminds you that you have to come back.
