Once you’ve dined at Bazaar Meat By José Andrés, you might be pampered after other restaurants. This is one of those places where you will explain, “This is my favorite dish. No this is my favorite. Wait, this is my favorite! “
The menu here is extensive, with tons of small plates like cotton candy foie (that’s what it sounds like); the caviar cone that looks like a tiny ice cream; a gazpacho shot; and albondigas with a saffron tomato glaze. You can try beef tartare, a “beef steak” tomato tartar, and different types of thinly sliced ham from different regions, including the Iberico de bellota, where the pig was fed acorns (and you will taste the acorn).
