It’s a beautiful place that is made even more welcoming by its stunning, modern take on classic French cuisine. Bouchon, run by famous chef Thomas Keller, has become a popular spot for locals and tourists because of its baked goods, Sunday brunch, and bustling Parisian bistro atmosphere. And now the guests have even more reason to visit – the summer rosé specialty menu.
Until September 22nd, the restaurant offers a curated menu with French and Californian vintages such as Daou Rosé, Schramsberg Brut Rosé and Tendu Rosé. When diners order one of the roses, the chef sends a free snack for a light snack to accompany the drink. The plates alternate throughout the summer, but also include delicious snacks such as smoked salmon mousseline, tuna niçoise or beignets de zucchini (summer pumpkin fritters). Cheers and bon appetite!
