The Halloween season and holiday are just around the corner, and for those looking to party in Las Vegas, there is plenty in town to get you in the festive mood.
Wink World: Portals Into The Infinite at Area15 is offering $ 11 tickets to the experience when you show up in disguise on certain days: On October 28, dress in your best ’80s gear; dress in alien or space-themed clothing on October 30th; and come on October 31 in the costume of your choice. Also in Area15, the Emporium Arcade Bar will host “Halloweemo” on October 31, an emo Halloween party for ages 21 and up with guest DJs and costume competitions from 9 p.m.
FSLV – Fashion Show Las Vegas offers a Trick or Chic event every Friday and Saturday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Take a self-guided tour of the Museum of Monsters in Tivoli Village. Open daily, the museum has plenty of photo opportunities with more than a dozen life-size characters from some of the most iconic horror films. For a real scare, the Freakling Bros. Horror Shows (6555 S. Riley St. in the IKEA parking lot) are back for the 29th time with three truly terrifying experiences that will test your resolve, including Gates of Hell, Coven 13 and Castle Vampire.
Make your way to the Linq Promenade from October 29th to 31st to celebrate all-Halloween, while the outdoor entertainment complex is covered in spooky decor and offers bar carts, fortune tellers and themed specialties in its various retailers, bars and restaurants. For a larger group, stop at Virgil’s Real Barbecue on October 31st for Virgil’s Bloody Bath Punch, a gallon-sized cocktail that serves four to six people for $ 52.
More Halloween cocktails are available in the Mob Museum’s whisper bar, The Underground. Enjoy gin-based Witch’s Brew and whiskey-based A Murder of Crows for $ 12 each. On October 30th, don your best 1920s costume and enjoy live jazz music and a costume contest (free entry with the secret password “Heebie-Jeebies”). And in October, the Sand Dollar Lounge, the locals’ favorite Sand Dollar Lounge, offers a full bar and lounge experience known as the “Nightmare on Spring Mountain”. Enjoy special cocktails, themed costume evenings, themed live music and much more.
