A pre-pandemic mini trend caught on with home cooks during the stay-at-home admonitions in 2020, and now that Vegas is back in full swing, it’s time to get the sausage table and some of the Places re offered to revisit these relaxed goodies. Although the format varies, you can generally find charcuterie, cheese, crackers, and bread, as well as other canapes like olives, jam, honey, and peppers. (And add wine or a cocktail – that makes the whole experience even better.) Meat and cheese board prices vary widely, from $ 7 to $ 44 or more Vegas.
At the Buddy v’s Ristorante In The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian & The Palazzo, the salumi and cheese platter offers a wonderful spread with three types of meat (Prosciutto San Danielle, spicy capicola and sopressata) and three types of cheese (Gorgonzola Dolce, Fontina and Grana Padano) plus house plus pickles Vegetables, olives and a sweet and spicy honey. It is available for lunch and dinner.
For the hardcore meat fan, go to Bazaar meat from José Andrés in the Sahara Las Vegas. Check out the selection of six different embutidos and jamon, from chorizo Iberico to wild boar. (Embutido is sausage.) If you know Bazaar Meat you know that it is a carnivore’s dream and it will satisfy you. If you want to add a few olives, we recommend ordering the Ferran Adria olives, modern and traditional. The modern ones are liquid inside, which is sure to create a nice contrast to your meat.
The sausage table at Hearthstone Red Rock Resort combines a variety of meats and cheeses, fennel chips, and fig and foie gras jam. Drizzle a little maple bourbon honey over your bite and it could seem heavenly. (Plus, this option is very inexpensive, which makes it taste even better.)
Italian restaurant bottle Kitchen wine shop There are three sizes to choose from at Green Valley Ranch when you order the antipasti misti platter at different prices. Nosh on marinated peppers, meat, cheese, and other goodies. And if you’re around for happy hour, be sure to check out the ultra-cheap charcuterie board (more dollars on cocktails, say!). The chef will select your meat and cheese and accent it with olives and grapes.
Julian Serranos Lago at Bellagio has one of the nicest dining rooms in the area and a view of the lake, perfect to watch while enjoying an antipasti salumi platter of Parma ham, porcetta, pistachio mortadella (sounds decadent, doesn’t it?) Parmigiano cheese and that crispy bread from the Carta Musica.
For a relaxed bite, Social freedom, Chef Shawn McClain’s gastropub, offers a relaxed environment perfect for hanging out with friends. There are plenty of apps that work well in this scenario, from garlic hummus with balloon bread to prosciutto and parm flatbread, but if you want a cheesy bite just order the cheese board, which also comes with ham, marinated olives, herb flatbread and cheese of course.
