That same week, Bobby Flay launched a new website and social media for his restaurant, Bobby’s Burgers. To be officially announced, Bobby’s Burgers has submitted permits for an estimated $ 413,393 construction at Harrah’s Las Vegas Resort across Las Vegas Boulevard from Flay’s original location in the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace.
The budget is in line with estimates for franchisors looking to create a roughly 1,200 square foot project that is described as “ideal” for casinos and is similar in size and scope to the Caesars site. The budget includes installing new kitchen appliances.
Harrah’s currently has a walk-in and counter-served burger bar in the Fulton Street Food Hall. KGB: Kerry’s Gourmet Burgers, run by the late chef Kerry Simon, closed in 2015. Flay joined his TV celebrity chef Buddy Valastro, who opened his PizzaCake restaurant in front of the resort earlier last year.
Bobby’s Burgers at Caesars Palace, which is also open during games and special events at New York’s Yankee Stadium, serves six burger selections, including nacho, blue cheese, and bacon, and barbecue smoked oven options, as well as two “crispy” dishes, the potato chips add under the bun. The expanded menu features a veggie burger, a fried chicken sandwich, as well as buttermilk and onion rings, bacon and cheese fries, and milkshakes.
Flay’s previous national company, the more upscale and sedentary Bobby’s Burger Palace, closed outside the Shops at Crystals last year.
