The only thing nicer than the decor at Edge Steakhouse is the menu itself; both reflect the finer things in life, and isn’t that why you visit Las Vegas?
The starters vary from delicious, spicy prawns, served in a sweet chilli reduction, to Wagyu beef tartare, served with Kaluga caviar, black truffles and radish. Salad fans will love the watermelon and strawberry tartare with mesclun greens, balsamic pearls, shaved baby heirloom carrots and marcona almonds.
Steaks range from filet mignon to bone-aged ribeye, dry-aged every 40 days for maximum flavor. There are several wonderful fixed-price menus available – three-course menus, dry-aged and wagyu – all of which you place in the hands of the chef for a night full of delicious surprises.
