One of the greatest pizzas you’ve ever seen appeared at Red Rock recently, courtesy of Side Piece Pizza and Pizzaiolo Enzo Esposito. The fast-casual place serves giant New York-style pizza slices, giant 22-inch cakes (ask for the $ 10 Wednesday cheese pizza special), and apps like pizza fritta, garlic knots, and pizza rolls.
If you can’t handle the big one, you also have a 14-inch option. In addition to the menu of a real New York pizzeria, Side Piece also serves chicken parm, eggplant parm, meatballs, prosciutto and Italian sandwiches.
The chickenparm pizza can change everything you know about the definition of pizza as the chicken is the crust and cheese is heaped over it and baked. And while it can make you blush, if you eat with your side part, they will eat for free. It may be naughty, but that’s so beautiful!
