The $ 4.3 billion Resorts World opens on June 24th at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip with more than 40 restaurants and bars, three 3,500-room hotels and an unmissable 100,000-square-foot LED screen on the outside of the resort opens one of the largest in the world.
Once opened, the resort will have plenty of restaurants to explore. LA Chef Ray Garcia opens ¡Viva! with regional Mexican cuisine, while Marcus Samuelsson’s Streetbird Las Vegas makes its debut in the new Food Hall Famous Foods Street Eats with sweet and savory fried chicken, hot honey chicken and waffle, chicken wings and mac’n greens.
In this dining room there are street vendor stalls with Ah Chun Shandong Dumpling from Hong Kong, Geylang Claypot Rice from Singapore, Bangkok, Ten Suns Braised Beef from Thailand, Springleaf Prata Place from Singapore, Steve and Kevin Aoki’s Kuru Kuru Pa Yakitori and much more.
The Zouk Nightclub and Ayu Dayclub bring the club scene to the resort, while RedTail, a Zouk Group’s social gaming bar, and Fuhu add a more social side to food with Asian food. Ayu just announced Moonbeam – a day-to-night Sunday celebration that starts on July 4th.
Las Vegas chef Nicole Brisson, who was the James Beard Foundation semi-finalist for Best Chef Southwest in 2020, is opening two new branches at the resort – Brezza with Italian coastal dishes such as handmade pasta, seafood, Brisson’s “handpicked traditional breeds” and Creekstone Farms beef and bar Zazu , a European café that serves hot and cold tapas, cheese and charcuterie, and sweet and savory pastries.
The resort is also planning Genting Palace, serving Cantonese, seafood, and dim sum, as well as Kusa Nori, a sushi bar with teppanyaki grills.
Wally’s Wine & Spirits brings a restaurant, wine bar and gourmet specialty market with over 8,000 stunning labels to the neon of Vegas.
Clique Hospitality’s new bar, Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, specializes in off-casino champagne-based cocktails, while DawgHouse Saloon & Sportsbook offers a sports bar in Nashville in addition to sports betting. Go to the 66th floor for Starlight on 66.
