LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Flights coming into McCarran International Airport are delayed – in some cases more than an hour and a half, according to FAA officials.
Southwest Airlines and Frontier Airlines are among the airlines with the greatest delays.
Neither FAA officials nor airport officials released details, but weather is believed to be the cause of the delays.
The FAA said a “traffic management program due to weather conditions” is in place and could add to some delays.
“This results in some incoming flights being delayed by an average of 1 hour and 33 minutes,” the FAA said.
