Life is a party in Las Vegas. And there is no celebrity chef more like that word than Guy Fieri, a man who celebrates the joys of eating everywhere (and he goes everywhere, demonstrated in shows like dinners, drive-ins and dives). And he’d like to help you partying while you’re in town at Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar restaurant.

The room itself puts you in a festive mood – an airy room that shines in color and is highlighted by brick walls and wooden floors. You plan your cocktail order before you even sit down, and the options here are exactly what you’d expect from a Fieri restaurant – fun and over the top. If you’re traveling with a larger group, try one of his “Party Bowlas”, libations that are served in a large bowl. The Gone Fishing combines Absolut Raspberri Vodka, Blue Curacao, Triple Sec, coconut water, lemonade … and Swedish fish!

From there, share some apps with your table mates. A fan favorite is the nachos trash can, which comes in a large metal jug with a retractable bottom. They trickle onto your plate, piled high with home-smoked pork, SMC (Super-Melty Cheese), pickled red onions, and much more. We also recommend the Jalapeño Pig Poppers, filled with andouille sausage and cheese, wrapped in maple bacon and glazed with Fieri’s signature bourbon barbecue sauce with brown sugar.

Save some space for a burger! The Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheeseburger is a revelation, topped with six-cheese Mac ‘n’ Cheese, onion straws, apple wood bacon, SMC and “donkey sauce”. (Would you like the recipe? Sorry, what’s happening in Vegas …)

Any of Fieri’s desserts will test your appetite, from the Cheesecake Challenge (half a New York style animal with potato chips, pretzels, and hot fudge) to the seven-layer dark chocolate whiskey cake (you must be 21 or older to to take part in this one.)
