Most of us know the water shortage here in the west. I think it would be helpful if restaurants put a small sign on each table saying that water glasses are only served on request.
I often go to restaurants and am automatically served a glass of water. I don’t drink the water so it’s completely wasted. Multiply that by thousands of guests and see how much water is wasted.
