It’s a taste of Italian flavors and a show when you dine at Lago by Julian Serrano. The dining room with an outdoor terrace overlooks one of the city’s most famous landmarks – the Bellagio fountains. (When making your reservation, ask for a patio table so you can get a front row seat to the fountain).
These are small plates with great flavors. Antipasti and a raw bar start the meal, followed by main courses that focus on meat, fish, pasta, and risotto. There are even plenty of vegetarian options; and larger dishes like Osso Buco, Whole Lobster, and Baked Whole Branzino.
Lago is also a hotspot for brunch, Friday through Sunday. Enjoying a mimosa with lobster benedict, banana foster pancakes, or even steak and eggs while watching the beautiful fountains is a Las Vegas experience to remember.
