SIAL America is coming to Las Vegas from March 22nd to 24th, 2022 and marks the debut of the 50-year-old international show in the USA.

“We are excited to welcome SIAL America to its inaugural US show in Las Vegas,” said Brian Yost, Chief Operating Officer of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA).

SIAL America is expected to include products from categories such as Organic & Wellness, Beverage, Grocery, Confectionery & Bakery, Fruits & Vegetables, Seafood, Dairy, Frozen Food, Snacks, and Meat. For more information about the show, visit sialamerica.com.

“The arrival of SIAL strengthens Las Vegas’ position as a premier culinary destination with world-class dining and dining experiences,” said Yost.

Emerald Holding, Inc. and Comexposium will join forces to launch the Las Vegas Show. Emerald has a longstanding partnership with LVCVA, including the International Pizza Expo currently taking place in Las Vegas. Emerald is also involved in Las Vegas shows for ASD Market Week, the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, and the Sports Licensing & Tailgate Show.

Comexposium is one of the world’s leading event organizers.

“This partnership underscores the growing importance of a single event for the food industry,” said Jessica Blue, executive vice president of Emerald. “Emerald and Comexposium share the vision of offering our customers new growth and innovation opportunities, which is very exciting for our industry as a whole.”

“The SIAL brand encompasses 10 international food events in France, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, India, China, Algeria and Indonesia, which attract more than 700,000 participants and 16,000 exhibitors annually,” said a press release on Tuesday.

The organizers have not announced how many exhibitors and visitors are expected for the fair in March 2020.

“We look forward to offering the organizers, exhibitors and visitors of the fair an experience that can only be found here,” said Yost.
