Try something different in the last few weeks of summer: jump in the water and party under the stars in the pool club hotspots, which are open at night.
Rooftop fun takes place at Downtown Grand’s Citrus Grand pool deck (702.280.0532) every Friday evening for the old-school by the pool event from 8 p.m. Groove to the hottest old-school soul and R&B hits while you immerse yourself in the cool water of the infinity pool. The event is free and open to people aged 21 and over. Cabana rentals, as well as food and drink, are also available. In the city center, too, it’s massive and really impressive Stadium swimming at Circa Resort & Casino (702.247.2258). The multi-level, 4,000-person pool complex has a 43-foot screen that provides ample nighttime lighting. Swim in one of the six pools until late in the evening and enjoy frozen cocktails, tasty bites and live DJs.
Another rooftop party, Swim Night, takes place every Thursday evening. instead of Drais Beach Club at The Cromwell (702.777.3800), where special guest DJs get people splashing and dancing in two pools. Or chill in the cool water of Wet24 Pool & Bar for adults at the STRAT (702.380.7777). The European-style pool club welcomes guests from the age of 21 until 9:00 pm and offers a fully stocked bar and fantastic panoramic views of the city. Over at Caesars Palace Venus pool + lounge (702.731.7266), the pool paradise for adults only, celebrates Thursday through Sunday with its Venus Night Swim. The intimate and upscale space features a rectangular pool, really spacious cabanas, and parties until 1am
And this year the popular Daylight at Night events are back Daylight beach in Mandalay Bay (702.632.4700). Get ready to swim, dance, and party until the wee hours of the morning at this nighttime swim party. Guests can splash and splash to live DJ music, and you never know who might come by to step onto the huge stage, which is lit up in fantastic neon colors. Cabanas and daybeds can be rented and Daylight offers an upscale cocktail and dining program. The party on Friday and Saturday starts at 10 p.m.
