Las Vegas serves up tasty versions of America’s favorite foods for summer

This is the place for you if the summer sparks cravings for hamburgers and hot dogs. Let’s start with one of the most famous burgers in the country. Although Bobby’s Burger Palace superstar chef Bobby Flay’s homage to the great American sandwich has been serving perfect patties in a quick-casual hotspot right on the Strip for years (currently closed), you can now visit Bobby’s Burger from Bobby Flay at the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace for a taste. Whether you order Bobby’s favorite bacon crunchburger – topped with American cheese and potato chips – or the LA-style option with avocado relish, tomato, and cheddar, the first bite transports you to the best backyard grill spot you can get can imagine. Don’t forget the sweet potato fries, onion rings, and premium milkshakes to top off the experience.

Next up, check out the most over the top hot dog creations in Las Vegas at Dirty dogwhich has recently also been expanded to include a restaurant in the downtown Neonopolis complex (702.483.5432). The Standard House Dog is a Nathan’s All-Beef Frank wrapped in bacon and topped with green chili spread, and that’s just the beginning. There are also dogs inspired by Mexican elote, a pastrami sandwich, and a pie melt. So expect fantastic flavors that will please everyone. You can also get dirty at the Dirt Dog stores in the Grand Bazaar Shops at Bally’s on the Strip and in the Southwest Valley on Rainbow Boulevard.

These are easy choices, but there’s a new contender for the city’s most popular street food bites. Culinary titan David Chang released one of his newest concepts on the Strip at The Cosmopolitan’s popular Block 16 Urban Food Hall. Bang bar (702.698.2663) is all about stuffing delicious things into Korean flatbread. You can opt for the burrito-style U-wrap with spicy pork, teriyaki chicken, or spicy eggplant, or choose your favorite filling for the more compact folding sandwich. Add in some pickled shishito peppers and creamy chickpea dip and you’ve found another memorable easy-to-eat meal.

Let’s keep it casual but step up to a leisurely seated dinner in two of the newest and liveliest off-the-strip destinations. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas brought several brand new experiences for Vegas visitors and the street style Thai food at the transplant in Los Angeles Night + market (702.693.5280) has become a quick favorite. Chef Kris Yenbamroong has earned worldwide recognition for his authentic recipes and bold innovations, and couldn’t wait to try his hand at Las Vegas. Whole roasted catfish with sizzling ginger, chilli and spring onions as well as pastrami pad kee mao noodles create a sensation and tempting taste buds in this bright and energetic restaurant.

And on the west side in the luxurious Tivoli Village, Adas (702.462.2795) was born again. Originally a neighborhood favorite for pasta, pizza, and wine, it has been remodeled into a Spanish-inspired wine bar with a carefully curated selection and perfectly complementing light bites for an inspired yet relaxed experience. Cheese and charcuterie plates are for sharing, but you might want to keep smoked salmon rilletes, chorizo ​​croquettes, and chimichurri rock steak all to yourself.
