The city’s premier culinary tour company, Lip Smacking Foodie Tours, is proud to introduce a unique, exquisite new dining experience at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, the hotspot resort that just completed a $ 200 million renovation this spring .
The 2.5-hour prime-time evening tour takes guests to three renowned restaurants in one smooth and convenient excursion. The guests never have to struggle with waiting times at these coveted tables. Instead, they are immediately staffed with VIP service in order to enjoy a carefully put together menu with three to four typical dishes in each eatery, including dessert at the end of the line, for a real feast.
The night tour is available to both individuals and private groups of up to 100 guests.
The Virgin Hotel Las Vegas’ dining collection surrounds a scenic 5 acre beachfront pool area with towering palm trees. While the exact listing of restaurants visited may vary depending on the night of the week, each tour includes three of the following illustrious features:
- Todd English’s Olives: Acclaimed Chef Todd English opened the first Olives in Massachusetts in 1989 to gain instant national and international recognition for its thoughtful Mediterranean cuisine. While Olives has been running successfully at another Las Vegas resort for 20 years, it has been revitalized in the Virgin Hotels, where it serves classic dishes as well as nightly specialties inspired by the finest seasonal ingredients. Experience the only U.S. Olives outpost adjoining two others in the Bahamas and the United Arab Emirates.
- Night + market: The Thai restaurant that made a splash in Los Angeles brings its creative street food to its only outpost outside of Southern California in Vegas. Chef Kris Yenbamroong serves a dizzying array of dishes ranging from traditional Thai to Californian-Asian mash-up, all characterized by addictive flavors and served in front of a kaleidoscope of eye-catching floral tabletops and vintage Bruce Lee movie posters .
· Kassi Beach House: Let yourself be carried away to the Italian coast in this trendy trattoria, where DJs play, the menu focuses on airy Italian cuisine and every day feels like a European vacation. A place that is always difficult to find, “Arrivederci” is the first Vegas establishment of Australian-born restaurateur Nick Mathers and follows its success in Los Angeles and New York City. · A steak house: There is no doubt that ONE Steakhouse is an authority on the finest meats, not when it was founded by brothers Michael and David Morton, whose father Arnie Morton founded the legendary Morton Steakhouses. The two-story, 9,000-square-foot luxury steakhouse specializes in stiff cocktails, impeccably fresh seafood, and the finest beef from the Midwest and Japan. The interior is equally impressive, with eclectic art and an LED light installation made from 3,000 pieces of glass that change color during the night.
The tour is led by a professional guide who shares fascinating facts and interesting facts about the sights along the way. The price is $ 199 per person, including tips. An optional $ 60 beverage package is available that includes a pre-selected signature cocktail at each venue. For the ultimate experience, a Maverick helicopter flight for $ 100 per person at night over the glittering city lights, complete with champagne toast, is a memorable optional add-on.
