That’s so much money baby No, it really is – money, baby! Las Vegas’ newest hotspot for sports and partying, food, drink and fun in the new Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Sports betting? Salon? Sports bar? Night club? “To be honest, we want to be in our own arena,” said General Manager Grant Goldbaum. “We want to be such a nice hybrid. Not your average sports bar that you go to. We are definitely this upscale party bar. “
Money, honey! spans 15,000 square feet and is filled with over-cool design elements with awesome graphics, graffiti, and artwork, all with a playful, fun twist. More than 200 televisions are set up around the venue for optimal sports coverage, and guests can even place bets on the on-site sportsbook. “We can play up to 20 different games at the same time,” said Goldbaum.
There is also a 5,000-square-foot deck overlooking Virgin’s tropical pools. Guests can relax outdoors and play a friendly lawn game, and a DJ booth is located both outside and inside to keep the party going. Speaking of partying – when the sport is over, money, baby! does its thing and transforms into an energetic nightlife party, revealing some high tech accents that light up the dance floor. For added fun, the venue also has two golf simulator rooms where you can play an 18-hole round of virtual golf.
Money, honey! is also a must-see for its dining options, with Food Network star Beau MacMillan serving as its culinary director. The impressive menu isn’t your typical sports bar fare; Instead, it’s packed with standout items like 18-inch pure beef hot dogs that you can get in four different recipes, black truffle pizza, miso-glazed salmon, 16-ounce New York strip, beyond burger, southern fried chicken sandwich and much more. much more.
And let’s talk about cocktails. There are three different bars, all with seating so you can enjoy a menu of a dozen specialty cocktails. Like chai tea? Try the Aces High with Hendrick’s Gin and a Japanese butterfly tea reduction. Bourbon lover? The Apricot Smash is a variant of the classic whiskey smash, with sweet apricot syrup and Old Forester Bourbon, or try Manhattan with the Pitt Boss – Bulleit Bourbon mixed with strawberry and carrot juice reduction and chocolate and walnut bitters. And for a cool game on the Michelada, try the Mango Deck, which is rimmed with Tajín and made with Mango Cart beer and a frozen Ice Pop from Michelada Mix that melts when you dip it into the beer. That’s nice money, baby.
