LAS VEGAS (AP) – Gambling giants MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment kept their gaming days on the Las Vegas Strip at 100% capacity with no personal distancing required after getting approval from state regulators.

Eighteen of the Strip’s largest properties were affected by Wednesday’s announcements, based on approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board and staff vaccination rates.

Masks are still required, and restaurants, swimming pools, and other areas continue to have 3 feet and 80% occupancy restrictions.

Six stations from Station Casinos have joined forces to create other 100% busy locations, including Wynn Las Vegas, Encore, Cosmopolitan, and Strat.
